Nestled in a valley between two scenic mountain ranges, the Adirondacks to the West, and the Green Mountains to the East, Cedar Island, is surrounded by the sparkling blue waters of Lake Champlain, which is arguably America’s most historically significant lake.

Cedar Island hosts a five-bedroom, two-bath main house with a stone patio and hot tub. There’s also a private guest cottage, beach house, quiet artist cottage, four beaches, and a hammock strung between two of the cedar trees that give the island its name.
